It's nice to meet a dealer that isn't a salesman, i turned up to look at the car and was quickly approached but only to say he'd leave me to look around the car, and that if i had any questions to give him a shout over. No pushy sales techniques, just a good honest car dealer that wants the deal to be right for both parties. He was happy for a longer test drive than most dealerships I've dealt with, honest and upfront Could. not recommend him enough.

I bought this car for my daughter and three children. As I live in Dorset and PHC and my daughter are in Stafford they kindly arranged for my daughter to view it. She liked the car so I agreed to buy it. The Helpful and Friendly Staff made this purchase so easy and they even put a new MOT on it and supplied some other bits and done other work within the asking price. I contacted your "team" several times and didn't get a response and i cant get through by phone. its very frustrating and it appears i'm not alone with this poor experience.

Hello I’m very sorry to hear about this and read this review. I do find your comments very concerning as it’s my roll in the company to deal with complaints and calls. I have a land line number to call which also diverts to my work mobile if I’m not in. I’ve spoke to the owners as this appears bad on my behalf but I haven’t had and complaints to deal with for a while now. If this is genuine I apologise something has gone wrong. It’s an anonymous review user so I can’t even ask to look at sales records to find out. I really would like a call or email to discuss things with you. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Absolutely disgusted with our experience buying a van from this company. When we collected the vehicle, it had only five miles worth of fuel in the tank,barely enough to drive away with. We also noticed upon driving the vehicle away that the coil light came on, we took it to get it checked out at the garage the following day to discover the DPF filter was completely clogged and was not fit to drive,proving the van hadn’t been properly checked or prepared before being sold. We were forced to pay over £400 in repair costs out of our own pocket just to get it running properly. When we contacted the company about this, they completely ignored us and refused to take any responsibility, even after we warned them that we’d take legal action. The lack of care, professionalism, and customer service has been shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Good afternoon I’ve recently been taken on to talk to previous customers about their experience. I’m ever so sorry to hear that you did experience an issue within a short period of time buying a car from Phc. Having reviewed your complaint I am led to believe that initially you contacted someone re the issue and were asked to return the vehicle for us to inspect and resolve the issue. I’ve been informed this did not happen and the owners heard nothing else. Then a bill was sent out to them. I’m afraid that there are correct legal procedures to follow in making a claim. It seems that these were not followed whether lack of communication on both parties or a miss understanding. We apologise on our side. I have a direct email if you would like to discuss this further
